- Exchange and return policy

• In case there is a problem completing the request “while it is not possible to complete it”
• In case there is a problem with the received order, “We verify the quality of all our products before sending”

If there is no problem with your order, it is difficult for us to return/exchange the amount due to the fact that the products are customized for each customer and each product is specially prepared after ordering.
